Anyone know of a Harley Davidson forum? I am trying to sell a Harley Davidson Barbie and wonder if there are any Harley forums where I might post the details? (I've already tried Craig's List, etc. I am looking for something specific to Harley people/collectors). Thank you in advance!

I have a 1971 aeramachi/ harley davidson 250 ss sprint where do I get parts? I have the entire bike except the carb and manifold. I have had the thing forever and have no idea where to get parts? This forum is a shot in the dark maybe somebody knows?

can anyone tell me service record of harley davidson sportster? i'm looking to buy my first big bike (been riding 125cc honda up til now). i never used to like harley's simply because i didn't fit on them but i sat on a sportster with forward controls and nearly fell in love. i'm just wondering how these bikes hold up as far as mechanical durability. any known persistent problems with this bike or with harley's in general? any harley owners (sportster or otherwise) have good or bad experiences? also could you point me to a good harley forum where i can find some user posted info? thanks for al your help.

Harley Davidson XL1200C just randomly dies.? I have a 96' HD XL1200 Custom and I'm getting tired of getting left on the side of the road if I dare take it out of town. It runs like a champ until it will just sputter and die. If I let it sit for a while, it might restart, but with no certainty. Getting spark, getting fuel, hung test a new ign coil with no difference, ign trigger still in time and newly replaced. I posted this a couple places including HD Forums so just trying to see if anyone has a clue. Any ideas? Fuel tank is clean and new, brand new filter installed and the valve on the fuel control is operating properly. Ign coil is mounted on above the lead cyl from the front fuel tank mount. and is cold to the touch when it shuts down so it doesn't seem to be overheating. Could the power rectifier on the front of the main frame, right behind the front wheel be a possibility? It gets pretty hot and looks like it's seen better days. Possibly the way I have the fuel line ran maybe? As it get's real hot going from the one side with the valve, to the other into the carb.

If you had to estimate, how much do you think this would cost to do at a dealership? I have an 2010 Harley Davidson 883 Iron. Could someone who hacks your computer listen to you too? Or maybe I'm nuts!!!? Hey folks, I was just curious as to whether or not somebody could hack my computer by listening to me through my built in microphone system. It's either that, or somebody that I know through a forum is very very psychic. Case in point: This person will make threads about similar things minor things that go on around me. This person btw, uses different usernames on a forum but is the same person... One time, my husband said, "You would look cute in a Harley Davidson outfit", the very next day, a username registeres named Harley Davidson appeared(he owns this forum, I won't say which one). Today, I said that I was going to have eggs and toast for breakfast and one of his users said they ate eggs and toast. Another example, I had an orange sitting on my dresser and he/she created a username orange. ANOTHER example, I woke up and seen I started my period and it was heavy, so I seen a username HEAVY!!! I COULDN'T BELIEVE THIS!!!(a few of these wouldn't require sound to know) ??

How costly is it to turn a stock HD Sportster into a Bobber? No engine mods, just the reset of the tank, straight pipes, a chopped rear fender, springer seat, forward controls, front forks and whatever mods to the fame need to be done. From a labor and parts stand point, how much could I expect to pay? I can do some of the mods myself. Shooter requesting the aid of other shooters...? Bound's hubby here: This is a little bit out of the ordinary, but I have found shooters to be a very tight knit community. Three weeks ago, I almost perished in a Harley vs. Cadillac accident. I'm doing better. I would appreciate those who have known me from answers and those that have relished what I have written, say a prayer for not just myself, but my wife, my daughter, my unborn son and my step-children, so I can get where I belong very soon. And, yes, Harley Davidson trumped again a car. But from now on, I'm relying on the GMC. Thank you all that I count as friends for your good thoughts and your well wishes. Waving to other motorcycle riders? What is the proper protocol for waving to other riders while riding on your bike? I ride a Harley Davidson on the weekends with some friends. We have a few hot girls in the pack (I am one of them, obviously) and we always have guys waving at us while they ride by. I typically save my waves “hello” for other HD riders. If they are wearing a full HD outfit, the more I wave back at them. If someone is riding a rice burner or wearing Kawasaki gear (I would rather die than wear that) they typically don’t get a wave from me (unless they are hot of course!) What is the general rule of thumb for waving to other people? I searched the forum and also consulted my HD riders manual but couldn’t’ find the answer. What do you think?

how to shorten front shock absorbers for HOnda Chaly CF50? I have 2 Honda Chalys and i want to customize them. For my wife, i want it to have it a Japanese look with Dax handle bar, polished crank case covers, chromed rims and etc. The second Chaly (for me), i don't wanna spend too much on it anymore. I want it to be very simple, minimal in everyway (just like harley davidson bikes - i think)... i saw this picture of a Honda Chaly on the internet own by a guy in Europe (the Netherlands)...
