Did I make a dumb mistake? My car was getting ready to break down so I had to get a new one. However, instead of buying something practical and cheap I went and spent $22,500 on a 06 Lexus IS250 with 18" chrome wheels and a spoiler included. I could have used this money on getting top and bottom veneers for my teeth. My teeth are slightly crooked and I have always wanted that nice bright white and straight smile.Veneers are quite expensive along with some other dental work. Am I shallow?

Why are peoples general perception of cars so ghetto nowadays? I don't get rich people sometimes. Every time I watch MTV cribs and other crap like that, the celebrity is bragging about their Lexus SUV with 25in spinners or something just as pathetically similar. I just think that putting spinners on any type of car or truck is the most ridiculously dis tasteful excuse for a worth while modification since the beginning of time! Don't give me wrong, I think that custom chrome wheels look great on almost anything. But why do they have to disproportionately throw of the vehicles natural beauty with their obnoxious size? I just never thought I'd see the day that people would rather own a Cadillac Esclade with spinners and 50 tvs then a 1970s Pontiac Trans Am or something that's actually unique, sexy, and fast.

Will Buick ever shake its "old man car" rep, they now look like they want to be a US equivalent to Lexus? first car~ Which is best? I'm a guy, and i'm going to get a used car (or a cheap new one like Toyota Yaris or Nissan Versa) but im really interested in several cars~ a 2007 Blue Honda Civc EX coupe with 39k miles for $11997, a 2002 Silver Lexus ES300 with heated leather seats with 90k miles for $10,951 a 2003 White Lexus ES 300 with heated leather seats with 121k miles 15% tinted windows and factory chrome wheels for $7000, a 2000 Honda Civc EX with 5sp manual (a huge plus for me) with 92k miles and factory spoiler, custom chrome and black wheels and 15% tinted windows for $6995. I saw all of them, they are all in good condition, a few if any scratches, clean carfax history (all) and smooth and it seems reliable. They are all from private sellers or well-known used car dealerships in my area (not garages or junk yards)
