How much should I sale my car for? Ok I have a 2005 Chrysler 300 Touring with 80,000 miles and many features that include: 24" chrome rims, 3 7" TVs, 1 14" roof mounted TV, 4 12" subwoofers and amp and extra battery 2600 watts RMS, phantom style grill from E&G classics, 2 way car alarm/starter combo 1 mile range, and the paint and the engine and interior are in 95% condition rarely used so how much is it worth?

I signed a release of liability @ a Goodyear tire shop to get my tires mounted & balanced? ok so I had this goodyear tire shop work on my wheels & they made me sign a release of liability which stated "customer advised no liability for scratches" & i asked their associate the tires would b fine right? I mean there r all these chromed out rims u guys sale, u cant b scratchin them up. who would do business with u guys? she said yeah all the tools the techs use r plastic. a few hours later I come back to get my wheels & they have numerous scratches, not a few, they're every where. these wheels were immaculate when i dropped them off & they looked like crap when i picked them up. so my ? is pretty obvious, my signing that release, will that hold up in court? there were no witnesses, there was in my opinion extreme negligence, i just dont believe businesses can get away with something like this. & i know from just bein on this planet for 29 yrs that contracts arent air tight. does anyone have any 1st hand exp with a situation like this?

The cop said he might not be able to get a warrant? I work in a second hand store that sells ALL types of things. We had for sale a set of chrome rims. A customer asked if he could take one from the store down the road to have it tried on his truck to see if it fit. We said yes and proceeded to take a copy of his drivers license and had him sign a paper saying "I have taken 1 rim with tire" Well after he left he called up and said he wanted to buy it but only had American Express card. I told him we dont take that and he said "OK I'll be right back with the rim" Well he never came back so I kept calling him (he also left his #). Each time I called I got the voicemail. Well 4 days go by so I file a police report. The cop tells me he can go down there and try to get it back but he's not sure if the court will give him a warrant since "That may just be the price of doing business" He proceeded to call the guy and the guy FINALLY picked up the phone and admitted to the cop that he had the rim and "forgot" to drop it off. The guy promised he's be back by 4 today. He never showed up. Well couldn't the cop get the warrant now since the guy admitted he had the rim, and because I have the signed paper?

1976 BMW 2002i for sale- whats the lowest price for a steal, but still be fair? So im driving my cousin 200 miles home and 50 miles into it, i see a BMW 2002 sitting at in a parking lot at some place. on the way home i pray its still there. it was. so i stop by and take a look, because what BMW enthusiast wouldnt want to be up close to the holy grail that the 2002 is. to my shock, its for sale. sure i figure i cant afford it, and the only other 2002 i ever saw was a 74 that the guy fixed up pretty nice and it would go for alot of money. but this one says $800 on the windshield. right away its a steal. it says it still runs, but that would amaze the hell out of me because of the neglected condition its in. the inspection ran out in '03, and it looks like its been sitting since then. i didnt see under the hood cuz the place is only open wednesdays-fridays. theres rust on the rear fender about the size of a dollar and looks to be rusted all the way through about the size off a quarter. all the rims are rusted, and its missing like 4 out of the 6 chrome strips down the waistline. and the interior could be better. the drivers seat is missing a chunk out of the one bolster. but all the light covers, glass, and body panels, except for that little bit of rust, are solid and not dented or cracked. i looked the best i could under the car (they just mow the grass around the car) and nothings hanging down. theres a little rust on the chassis next to the front passenger wheel, but other than that it looks to be pretty solid. i have no problem spending $800 on it if it still starts and can drive in a circle, but whats the lowest i could bargain for if it doesnt start, and if it does start, but doesnt move. i dont know if the guy knows what he has. but if hes a BMW enthusiast like me, whats the lowest i could ask for without ripping him off? im 19, been in love with BMWs since i was 9, and i drive a cavalier. sure id love an E46 or fix up an E30, but this... this is the ultimate fixer upper project car. i cant sleep thinking about what it would be like to bring this iconic car home.

Motor has new cam and cam kit installed, edelbrock high performance intake, Edelbrock 650 CFM carb w/ manual choke. Edelbrock signature series chrome valve covers, breather cover, and timing chain cover. New alternator. Also some small chrome accents like thermostat housing. Has dual exhaust with 40 series flowmasters that sound great. Tires and rims are new. Rims are Appliance brand bought originally many years ago and stored in the boxes and are like new. Factory mono leaf springs were changed with quad springs from a 1978 Camaro and shackles changed to lift the back slightly from factory height. I have brand new bumpers front and rear, chrome grill, front bumper insert and parking light covers for front bumper to fix front and rear of car. Interior is in great shape no cracks on dash and door panels and rear seat are perfect. Front seat needs upholstry or replacment. Rims - Weight ratings (what dealer says vs common sense)? I was given a set of aluminum 8 lug rims that are 16.5" x 12" for my 1989 Chevy Suburban R2500. The rims are identical to the ones in the link below, except they are just bright aluminum rather than chromed. Any ways, there is a sticker on in rims that say "max load 2000lbs". This is where I am concerned, the Suburban I have is a 3/4-ton, however it is a HD model and according to vehicle scales it weighs 10,436lbs. It was a custom ordered vehicle with a one ton frame and rear end and massive suspension, if you do the math and distribute 10K lbs to 4 wheels, that exceeds what the rims state they are limited to. Now I know there is more weight on the front than the rear, but it still comes out as exceeding what the manufacturer says. Yet every tire dealership I have been to says it doesn't make any difference and it's safe to use these tims on this truck. "i have a 2000 ford mustang. blue in color, v6 & a automatic. it has light damage in the front bumper due to all of the holes & hills. The front bumper was cracked when i got the car & the pecies that are chiped were barely hanging then. Nothing that 80 dollars couldnt fix. it has 112xxx miles, very cheap on gas, runs & drives great. Never been wrecked, clear title, & ive never had a problem at all out of it other than the recent exhaust leak that it has, but its minor. all it needs is a gasket which is 10.00 at advance, ive checked just havent had time to get it fixed. Custom sun roof, body kit, pioneer CD player,light up gas and break peddals blue neon underglow, tinted windows, blue & black seat covers, blue and grey interior, 17" inch ultra spyder chrome rims with new good year tires & the factory rims with tires. New halo projector headlights not even three weeks old that have blue led lights around them. This car has been well taken care of, if it was up to me i would keep it! Customizing my Lexus? Hi I am going to buy a Lexus in the 90's for a first car and my parents are going to give me a little bit of cash to customize it. I might get a SC400 from like '92-'99 or a ES,LS from those years too. I dont want to rice the car up but I want it to be luxurious. What things should I add to it that arent real expensive? Is this a good deal?? I want to get a new car. I have a 2004 hyndaui accent GL model. I owe $6k on it. Most dealers want to give me $3-4K for trade-in. I found a dealer that will give me $6k. I would be free from payments. He's a private/local dealer. He doesnt have a lot of cars on his lot. I was looking at a Ponitac g6 GT 2006 with 39k miles. It is for sale at 15K. I'd like to have payments around 200 a month. My insurance wouldnt go up much because its 4door and white. It's got 17inch chrome rims :) and I LOVE the freaking thing! Hello, I picked up this Moser 16 speed bicycle today at a yard sale. Can anyone give me information about it? Is it a F.Moser bike? There is not a trident on the bike, but there is a arrow symbol on the lower tube lug near the headset tube and also on the main tube lug that connects to the seat stay lug. And this arrow symbol is cut-out on the bottom bracket. See the Moser Bottom Bracket Cut Out picture. I think this arrow symbol is the key to identifying this bike. There is some other symbol between the seat stays in front of the rear brake, but I do not recognize it. It can be seen in the seat stay & lug picture if you use the enlarge button above the picture. Notice in the rear wheel picture, the left rear wheel stay is painted, but the right is chromed. I think it may have been customized (contract bike?) for the previous owner. I was told it cost over $1000 new. I think this is a 1980’s era bike (?). It has some serious surface rust now, and the braze-ons on the top tube are rusting off. Should I sand down to bare metal in the rusted areas & spot paint or will this reduce the “collector’s value”? I really do not want the frame to rust through. Thanks in advance for your help. What Schwinn bike could this be? I bought a bike at an estate sale, it's very beat up and in poor condition but I plan on restoring it. I can't figure out what model it is though and I've been searching for hours now. For starters,it's a Schwinn, it's a very neon hot pink, flamingo is a good word for it also. It has silver glitter in the paint. The body resembles a Fair Lady or Hollywood. It has chrome fenders and rims with 26 inch tires. On the chain cover there is a white decal that says Cruiser, and it is also on the bars. The nameplate is the round cross type, not the vertical oval type. 1062 is written on the nameplate. The cerial number is HA200067. Any ideas?

Has dual exhaust with 40 series flowmasters that sound great. Tires and rims are new. Rims are Appliance brand bought originally many years ago and stored in the boxes and are like new. Factory mono leaf springs were changed with quad springs from a 1978 Camaro and shackles changed to lift the back slightly from factory height. I have brand new bumpers front and rear, chrome grill, front bumper insert and parking light covers for front bumper to fix front and rear of car. Interior is in great shape no cracks on dash and door panels and rear seat are perfect. Front seat needs upholstry or replacment. All work was done by previous owner/s, except for the spoiler and the front and rear strut tower braces, which were done by me. my work is quality but previous owner/s i'm not impressed with. There is a gauge pod with 3 gauges and there is also an aftermarket tach. they were all hooked up when i bought the car, but only the tach and temp gauge worked properly. i don't think the previous owner/s knew how to wire things properly because a couple of the gauges didn't read right and also, how ever they had it wired, caused the car to go dead after a couple of days of sitting..... so i cut all of the wires that they had ran to all of the gauges and that fixed the dead battery problem!! lol. i haven't had time to go through it all and rewire, so it will need redone IF you want them to be functional. I bought the car just to drive it and i wasn't really concerned with all that extra stuff so it never bothered me. i bought the car for a daily summer time driver for some manual transmission shifting fun! it will also need a new speedo gear.... somedays it will tell you your speed, other days, not.... lol. should be a cheap fix. also, the bumpers and the spoiler have been painted (again, prev owners) with i'm guessing spray paint or painted but never clearcoated and buffed.... i'm not sure. those items look fine from a distance and look great at night, but would need resprayed to look really nice. AFTERMARKET: front bumper, eyebrows, black/chrome rims with 2 matching spare rims, rear spoiler, modified trunk (which is illegal according to the nice policeman, which is why the license plate mounting looks funny - see pics), strut tower braces, cold air intake, muffler. Oh, i'm also running PULSTAR plugs in the engine and it runs GREAT. if you don't know what those are, look them up... sweet technology. Where can I find this BMW? A 2002 330i, 4 door sedan, but instead of the 3.0 inline 6 with a 5 spd manual, I want it to have an engine and transmission swap with an M3's 3.2L 6 speed manual. You may say just get an M3, but I want the power of an M3, with the luxury and interior of a 330. I want it either red with black and some chrome trim, or Black with all chrome trim. I want the interior to be light brown, regardless of the exterior color ( I know the darker the exterior color, they tend to have a black leather interior, I want the light brown tan leather interior, trim and dash, whether the car is red or black ) I want a sound system and 19-20 inch rims, but I can do that part on my own. What I need help with is finding a 330i with M3 performance. Anyone know a car website that has project cars that people would do that to? Most 330's I see on cars.com or car sale sights are boring family cars, instead of a perfect blend of speed without losing sight of the luxury aspect.
