Summary: The center 16MM bolt is removed with my trust Craftsman 3 8 ratchet extension and 16MM socket looks a little strange huh The new wheel slides right on there are guide marks on the column and the new wheel for exact placement After research online 59 ft lbs looked to be the magic number on the torque wrench
